Next week I’m heading north to Indigenous Agroforestry Network Gathering, June 24–26, at Little Creek Casino Resort on Squaxin Island territory in Shelton, WA. The Network brings together tribes and practitioners working at the intersection of traditional ecological knowledge and forest/land stewardship — present-tense work, not just history.

This one feeds directly into the Living Stories thread of my Seven Generations project — collecting what tribes and communities are doing right now to adapt, grow, and steward land for the generations ahead.
